In mid-March, we temporarily paused automatic shipments of replacement posters in order to prevent attempted deliveries to facilities that were closed due to COVID-19.
We are happy to announce that we are ready to resume shipping to open locations – but we need your help.
To resume shipping for your open locations, simply log in and follow the instructions at the top of the My Services page for removing temporary shipping holds. Upon the first mandatory change after removing the temporary hold, we will ship all mandatory updates that have been previously held from the affected location.
