In mid-March, we temporarily paused automatic shipments of replacement posters in order to prevent attempted deliveries to facilities that were closed due to COVID-19.
As of June, we can resume shipping to open locations � but we need your help.
To resume shipping for your open locations, simply log in and follow the instructions at the top of the My Services page for removing temporary shipping holds. Upon the first mandatory change after removing the temporary hold, we will ship all mandatory updates that have been previously held from the affected service.
Please note that we expect a record number of mandatory changes between now and the end of the year. To ensure your business remains fully protected, we strongly encourage you to remove the temporary shipping hold from every location that is open to receive posters.
